Book a walkthroughAlmost never. Film goes on from the inside, glass by glass, so we work in phases or after hours around your occupancy. On most offices a floor is back to normal the next morning. We agree the schedule at the walkthrough and hold to it.
It's a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the disruption. Replacement means permits, cranes, scaffolding and a construction schedule. Film addresses heat, glare, UV, privacy and impact resistance on the glass you already have, and it's reversible — worth knowing on a leased space.
Manufacturer warranty on the film, registered in your name, plus our own workmanship warranty on the installation. Terms vary by product and are stated on the written quote before you sign anything — we don't leave that to be discovered later.
Usually yes for exterior-facing film, since it changes the building's appearance. We can supply the spec sheet, film sample and installation method statement in the format most landlords ask for, and we're comfortable talking directly with building management if that speeds it up.
Security film is a delay-and-deterrence product, not a wall. It holds shattered glass in the frame so an intruder can't simply punch through — which turns a quiet three-second entry into a loud, sustained attack most people abandon. It also keeps glass from becoming shrapnel in a storm. We'll spec the thickness against the threat you're actually worried about.
Yes. We run a full design and print studio in-house, so printed films, signage, frost patterns and wall murals are designed, produced and installed by one team. That's why the artwork on the wall matches the artwork on the door.
It's driven by glass area, film selection and access — a single storefront and a six-floor west elevation are different projects. Rather than quote a range that won't apply to you, we measure at the walkthrough and give you a fixed number in writing, usually within a couple of business days.
